We believe transparency is fundamental to earned trust. When we correct a factual error, update an out-of-date price, or re-verify a pharmacy's GPhC registration status, we record the change in this public log.
What gets logged?
Register snapshot refreshes, corrections to the active-premises count, NHS pathway rule changes, and editorial fixes that change a published number or a GPhC status. Typo-only edits are not listed. This log is not a live GPhC feed — the current directory contains 12,946 active listings from snapshot 2026-06-30.

Recent Corrections & Snapshot Updates
Corrected the published active-listing count. This site lists 12,946 active Great Britain premises from the GPhC snapshot dated 2026-06-30. An earlier log entry cited 14,296, which overstated the active set (inactive or unmatched rows were not the live directory).
Deepened flagship guides (safe online pharmacy, NHS prescription savings, weight-loss online), named Person author, editorial policy expansion, honest MCP tools (no mock prices), sitemap exclusions for noindex/pagination, and markdown mirrors limited to editorial URLs.
Updated quarterly GPhC premises snapshot to the 2026-06-30 register file. Active listings in the current build: 12,946 (see the 2026-08-12 count correction).
