Partner Terms

These terms govern paid services purchased from Pick My Pharmacy by pharmacies — listing subscriptions, pay-per-enquiry, and featured city sponsorship. They apply in addition to ourterms of use. Pick My Pharmacy is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17250017), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you are contracting as a business, not a consumer.
Eligibility and verification
Paid services are available only to pharmacies operating from GPhC-registered premises (or PSNI-registered in Northern Ireland) with a named superintendent pharmacist. We verify registration before a paid listing goes live and may re-verify at any time. If your registration lapses or is removed, we may suspend or end your listing immediately; paid tiers never alter ratings or match scores, and sponsored placement is always labelled — see our methodology.
Plans and what you receive
Current plans, pricing, and included features are described on thefor pharmacies page at the time of purchase: Standard (£129/month or £1,290/year) and Premium (£299/month or £2,990/year) subscriptions, optional pay-per-enquiry (£25–£45 per qualified enquiry depending on tier), and featured city sponsorship (£49–£199/month by city band, one pharmacy per city, first come first served). Standard includes up to 8 qualified enquiries per calendar month; additional enquiries that month are charged at the Standard pay-per-enquiry rate. Premium includes unlimited enquiries. A "qualified enquiry" is a patient who completes our comparison flow, selects your pharmacy, and submits contact details; we filter incomplete and duplicate submissions before they reach you.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
Payment is taken by card via Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically each month; annual plans renew automatically each year. There is no minimum term: you may cancel any plan at any time via the Stripe customer portal (linked in your receipt emails) or by emailinghello@pickmypharmacy.co.uk from your registered address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly plans) or at the next annual renewal (annual plans); your listing benefits continue until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial periods, except where required by law or where we have materially failed to provide the service. Per-enquiry fees are billed for enquiries already delivered and are non-refundable once a valid enquiry has been passed to you; disputed enquiries (spam, duplicates, incomplete details) are credited on review.
Prices and VAT
Prices are as stated at checkout and exclude any applicable VAT, which is added where chargeable. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Featured City Sponsorship
City sponsorship gives the single featured slot on the relevant city page, clearly labelled, allocated first come first served. Confirm availability before subscribing — if your chosen city is already taken, we refund the payment in full. Sponsorship never affects ratings or match results.
Your obligations
You must keep profile information accurate (services, prices, registration details), hold the registrations and credentials you claim, respond to patient enquiries professionally, and comply with all law applicable to pharmacy services and advertising — including GPhC standards and the prohibition on advertising prescription-only medicines to the public. You are an independent, regulated business: patient relationships, clinical decisions, and service delivery are yours alone, and we are not a party to them.
Suspension and removal
We may suspend or remove a paid listing (with a pro-rata refund of prepaid, unused subscription fees) where registration lapses, information is materially inaccurate, enquiries are mishandled, or continued listing risks patient safety or our compliance with law. We may end any plan with 30 days' notice, refunding prepaid, unused fees.
Liability
Neither party excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business, and our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee any volume of enquiries, patients, or revenue.
General
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes; continued subscription after the effective date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions:hello@pickmypharmacy.co.uk.
