Who operates this service

Pick My Pharmacy (pickmypharmacy.co.uk) is a trading name of Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17250017), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

What we are — and are not

Pick My Pharmacy provides information and comparison tools to help UK patients evaluate pharmacies. We Are Not a Pharmacy, we are not registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and we do not sell, supply, or prescribe medicines. Nothing on this site is medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or financial advice — speak to a pharmacist or GP for clinical questions, call NHS 111 for urgent medical help, or 999 in an emergency. We are not affiliated with the GPhC, the NHS, the MHRA, or the CQC.

Ratings, rankings, and editorial opinion

Ratings, rankings, match scores, "best" lists, and similar assessments on this site are statements of our editorial opinion, produced in line with our published methodology. They are genuinely held opinions based on the information available to us at the time, they may become out of date, and they are not statements of verifiable fact about any pharmacy's future performance, nor a recommendation to use or avoid any pharmacy. Pharmacies cannot pay to change a rating; paid placement is labelled. If you believe a rating or data point is factually wrong, use the corrections process below — we correct verified errors.

Accuracy of information

Private-service prices are indicative, review data reflects its stated source, and GPhC register data is reproduced from the public register as of the stated snapshot date. The NHS prescription charge is set by the NHS (£9.90 per item in England; prescriptions are free in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and never varies by pharmacy. We work to keep data accurate but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify registration, services, and prices directly with a pharmacy — and check its current entry on the GPhC register at pharmacyregulation.org — before using it.

Paid placement and how we make money

Pharmacies may pay for listing tiers, referral partnerships, and patient enquiries. Paid placement is labelled ("Featured", "Referral partner") and never alters ratings or match scoring. Listing on the site — paid or otherwise — is not an endorsement. Paid pharmacy subscriptions are governed by our separatepartner terms.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry you authorise us to share your details with the pharmacies you select, and we may be paid for that introduction. Health information entered in enquiry forms is handled with care as described in our privacy policy. You are under no obligation to use any pharmacy. Pharmacies are independent, regulated businesses responsible for their own services, prices, and clinical conduct; any service you receive is a matter between you and the pharmacy, to which we are not a party.

Pharmacy listings and corrections

Pharmacies must hold the registrations and credentials they claim and keep profile information accurate. We may amend or remove any listing at our discretion, including register-imported listings on request from the pharmacy. To dispute or correct any information about your pharmacy, emailhello@pickmypharmacy.co.uk with evidence (including your GPhC premises number); we aim to respond within five working days. This corrections route is the appropriate first step for any complaint about how your pharmacy appears on the site.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape or bulk-extract listing data, misrepresent your identity in enquiries, submit fake reviews or enquiries, or use the site unlawfully. Content on this site (excluding public register data) is owned by or licensed to us; you may use it for personal, non-commercial evaluation of pharmacies.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions made in reliance on comparison data, for the acts or omissions of listed pharmacies, and for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability to any user of the free comparison service is limited to £100. For pharmacies purchasing paid services, the liability regime in ourpartner terms applies instead. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

General

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions:hello@pickmypharmacy.co.uk.
