Free UK pharmacy comparison. Ratings cannot be bought —how we make money· methodology
Compare pharmacies offering free NHS flu vaccinations for eligible groups and private flu jabs for everyone else.
Most community pharmacies offer flu vaccinations every autumn and winter. If you're in an NHS-eligible group — including anyone 65 or over, pregnant women, and people with certain long-term health conditions — the jab is free through the NHS flu vaccination programme. If you don't qualify, most pharmacies offer a private flu jab, typically priced between £12 and £25 depending on the pharmacy and vaccine type. Booking ahead is recommended in peak season (September to November), though many pharmacies also offer walk-in appointments.

Ratings and rankings are our editorial opinion, based on our publishedmethodology — they are not medical advice and pharmacies cannot pay to change a score. Where a pharmacy has no reviews we show "Not yet rated" — we never invent scores.Listings labelled Featured orReferral partner are paid placements; payment affects visibility only, never ratings or match results. Eligibility includes anyone aged 65 and over, pregnant women, people with certain long-term conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), carers, and frontline health and social care workers. Check current NHS eligibility criteria, as they're reviewed each year.
Private flu jabs typically cost £12-£25 at UK pharmacies, depending on the vaccine used and the pharmacy. Some pharmacies offer a higher-dose vaccine for over-65s at a higher price.
Autumn, ideally September to November, gives the best protection through the winter flu season — but it's still worth getting vaccinated later if you missed the main window.
