Pick My Pharmacy

Free UK pharmacy comparison. Ratings cannot be bought —how we make money· methodology

Should my pharmacy use pay-per-lead or a monthly listing?

By Pick My Pharmacy Editorial · Updated 9 July 2026

Simple rule of thumb

If you expect fewer than ~3–4 qualified everyday enquiries a month, PPL on a free listing can be cheaper. Weight-management leads cost more (£45–£75) because they match UK affiliate CPA. If you want priority placement and steadier flow, Standard or Premium usually wins.

What a qualified lead is

A patient who completes comparison, picks your pharmacy, and submits contact details with a stated need. Incomplete and duplicate submissions are filtered.
