# How Pick My Pharmacy works

We make it simple to compare UK pharmacies by services, private prices, and reviews — then contact or visit the one that fits.

Search by postcode or start the comparison wizard: NHS prescriptions, a Pharmacy First consultation, vaccinations, travel health, or private services — plus how soon you need it. Takes under two minutes.

## Compare matched pharmacies side by side

We rank pharmacies on service fit, location, budget, credentials, and reviews — never on who pays us. Compare community and online pharmacies, services, and indicative private prices in a single table.

## Check verified registration and prices

Every profile shows the pharmacy's GPhC premises number and superintendent pharmacist when on file, with a link to the official register so you can verify it yourself. Private prices are indicative "from" prices — NHS prescriptions are always £9.90 per item in England; free in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

For private services you can request a quote from the pharmacies you pick — only those pharmacies see your details. For NHS prescriptions and Pharmacy First, open a profile, visit the pharmacy website, or walk in. No obligation, free for patients.

## How we make money
