# What is a pharmacy lead and how are they qualified?

By [Kaiser Khan](/author/kaiser-khan/) · Updated 9 July 2026

In short

A qualified pharmacy lead on Pick My Pharmacy is a patient who finishes our comparison flow, selects your pharmacy, and submits verified contact details with what they need (for example a private flu jab, travel clinic, or nomination change). We filter incomplete and duplicate submissions before you are charged or notified.

At a glance

- ·Patient chooses your pharmacy deliberately
- ·Need + contact details required
- ·Duplicates and incompletes filtered
- ·Used for private services and nomination interest
- ·Priced from £25 depending on tier

## What you receive

Name, email, optional phone, stated need, urgency, postcode where provided, and any message — plus consent to be contacted about that enquiry.

## What we do not sell

Bulk email lists or cold contacts. Leads are intent-based from patients already comparing pharmacies.
