# Should my pharmacy use pay-per-lead or a monthly listing?

By [Kaiser Khan](/author/kaiser-khan/) · Updated 9 July 2026

In short

Choose pay-per-lead if enquiry volume is uncertain and you want to pay only when a patient selects you (from £30–£75). Choose Standard (£129/mo, up to 8 leads) or Premium (£299/mo, unlimited) when you want predictable visibility and included enquiries. Many pharmacies start free or PPL, then upgrade once lead quality is proven.

At a glance

- ·PPL: £30–£75 per qualified enquiry
- ·Standard: £129/mo including up to 8 leads
- ·Premium: £299/mo unlimited included leads
- ·No minimum term on monthly plans
- ·Ratings unaffected either way

## Simple rule of thumb

If you expect fewer than ~3–4 qualified everyday enquiries a month, PPL on a free listing can be cheaper. Weight-management leads cost more (£45–£75) because they match UK affiliate CPA. If you want priority placement and steadier flow, Standard or Premium usually wins.

## What a qualified lead is

A patient who completes comparison, picks your pharmacy, and submits contact details with a stated need. Incomplete and duplicate submissions are filtered.
